Hey everyone! This is a little later than intended (sorry MaryAnn!), but I have the privilege to be part of the Never Apart blog tour with this review! Hurray! Here we go! This book knocked me on my ass, which is probably part of why it took me a while to write this review. So there will likely be a bunch of feelings in this review, and I’m not sorry about it. Don’t forget to enter the Rafflecopter giveaway at the bottom of the post!
Hey everyone! I’ve got a fun excerpt today from a new book called Sparked by Helena Echlin and Malena Watrous. I’m also planning on posting a review of this book in the near-ish future, so look out for that! Hang out, check out the excerpt, and maybe I’ll be better about blogging next week? (I’m traveling for Day Job and my evenings have been much more work-related than I anticipated, but I’m trying to find a better balance.)
Anyway! Read on! And don’t forget to enter the Rafflecopter giveaway at the end of the post!
I’m so pleased to be a part of the blog tour for A Messy, Beautiful Life by Sara Jade Alan! I LOVED this book so much, so be prepared to listen to me rave about it. And don’t forget about the Rafflecopter giveaway at the bottom of the post!
All right, here’s the brief synopsis (with as few spoilers as possible!). Ellie is part of her school’s improv group, and they’re performing in a show at a nearby high school in Chicagoland. In a skit, she starts performing with this dreamy guy, and everything about them syncs perfectly, and she’s awkward and he’s bashful and it’s the most adorable thing. But then, when he tries to kiss her at a party, she falls down the stairs, is rushed to the hospital, and gets a little more of a diagnosis than she bargained for. Can she put this new guy, this wonderful guy, through all of her medical hoopla? Can she subject him to her messy life?
Well, it turns out her life is pretty beautiful too.Read More »
